The Point Puer Boys' Prison was setup in 1834 and was the first attempt by the British Empire to rehabilitate boys convicted of crimes. They hoped to create model citizens and had guards not been illiterate and violent criminals, they may have succeeded. This play follows some boys who arrive at the prison and will be on stage on Friday from 11am and 7.30pm. Tickets are available at the Griffith Regional Theatre.
