Heading into the clash, the two sides are separated by just two points and with four rounds remaining a win for the Waratahs could see them all but wrap up the minor premiership.
A win for the Mallee Men, on the other hand, could see three sides level at the top of the table depending on the result between the Black and Whites and Yanco-Wamoon.
In the previous meeting between the two sides at Ron Crowe Oval, the Mallee Men were able to come away 30-16 win and condemn Waratahs to their first loss of the season.
Both sides are heading into the game off the back of wins last weekend with the Mallee Men defeating Leeton 14-4 while Waratahs secured a 32-20 win against Yenda.
The action gets underway at Exies Oval at 11am with the under 16s side facing off while the first grade game will get underway at around 3pm on Sunday afternoon.
