A 21-goal opening term against the Eagles in the A grade clash set the foundation for the Swans to take a 62-32 win. The result sees the Griffith side climb up to fourth with a healthy percentage thanks to the big win over Narrandera.
The under 17s were able to climb up to seventh after the Narrandera side, unfortunately, had to forfeit their clash.
The four points from the forfeit means the Swans side are still a mathematical chance of making finals as they side eight points the fifth-placed Collingullie GP side with five rounds remaining.
After picking up a 49-point win over Narrandera, the Swans A reserve side is now leading the race for fifth place on percentage. The Griffith side is locked in a three-way battle with Leeton-Whitton and Mangoplah both sides the Swans have to play in the final five rounds.
The B grade side has remained in the hunt for a top-five finish as they are sitting just two points behind Leeton-Whitton. A 43-14 win over the Eagles saw them pick up their fourth win of the year.
Finally, the C grade side was able to jump to the top of the table with a massive win over Narrandera. With three teams locked in the battle for top spot, the 61-10 win over the Eagles was enough to give the Swans the top spot with a healthy lead on percentage.
