The Swans were able to hold the Eagles goalless in the first and final term on their way to picking up a 12.16 (88) to 3.10 (28) win.

The home side got the first two goals of the game with Lucas Conlan and Sam Daniel hitting the scoreboard in the first quarter to see the Swans holding an 11-point lead at the first break.

Narrandera were able to kick their first major of the game early in the second term with Jack Grintell making the most of a turn over but goals to Jacob Conlan, Daniel and Guy Orton saw the Swans extend their lead heading into halftime.

With the wind at their back after the main break the Swans were able to make the most of the conditions as Isaiah Potts and Jordan Iudica were able to kick their first for the game while Jacob Conlan kicked his second before Narrandera were able to get two goals back with Matthew Dillon and Corey Baxter kicking it through the middle.

Conlan would kick another two goals before the three-quarter time break to see the Swans leading by seven goals.

Daniel was able to kick his third for the day before Conlan finished his haul for the afternoon with his fifth to see the Swans secure the 60-point win.

Swans coach Will Griggs admitted his side didn't help themselves.

"Sometimes we were our own worst enemy with over using the football at times, their pressure in the first half was good," he said.

"We knew that if we could just hold on the possession of the ball we could eventually ran over the top of them."

While the conditions were tough for footy, Griggs praised the way his side stuck to their gameplan.

"We took chances and tried to play our style of footy and in the wind it is very easy to get caught up playing one dimensional," he said.

"Our message is to play our style and play the game on our terms. There were just little patches where we didn't execute."

The Swans now have the chance to rest before taking on Coolamon.
