This weekend will see the Yoogali FC take on Hanwood, who will be coming into this game off the back of their first win of the season after defeating Yoogali SC for the first time in since 2017.

It will be the second time in three weeks that the two sides have met and will meet again in two weeks with this round being a catch-up from earlier in the season when round two was postponed.

In the meeting between the two sides earlier in the season saw Yoogali SC pick up the three points on both occasions.

In the first game, four goals to Michael Perre help his side to a 5-1 win over the Hanwood side while in the round eight meeting Perre scored another two goals to see his team take a 2-0 win.

Meanwhile across two at the Coro Club Oval, Yoogali SC will look to bounce back when they take on West Griffith on Sunday afternoon.

The YSC side was understrength in their 4-3 loss to Hanwood with Josh Kennan and Mason Donadel missing the clash due to the Rhinos playing in the National Premier League Youth competition on Sunday.

The Yoogali side will see this as an excellent opportunity to get back to the top of the table, given the previous results between the two teams.

In the round five clash, it was a 9-0 victory for YSC while in the meeting two weeks ago it was an 8-0 win for Yoogali at Solar Mad Stadium.

Both games will kick off at around 3pm.
