The Wanderers hadn't won since their first game of their maiden National Premier League Canberra season, but proved too strong for the Panthers at Gissing Oval to move level with them on the table.
In a quirk of the draw the Wanderers hadn't played at home since April 14, with their last six clashes in Canberra, but play away just once in their final six games.
The hosts scored their first goal after 13 minutes when an over-the-top pass from Brooke Gayler put Tess Vaccari one-on-one with the keeper.
Midway through the second half Gayler turned provider when her corner was headed home strongly by Christina Grauer-Kompos to seal the points.
Harris nominated midfielder Grauer-Kompos, defender Tia Lyons and winger Vaccari as their best.
