The Griffith Swans C graders have risen to the top of the pack after securing their sixth win of the season after taking on Wagga Tigers at Exies Oval. It is a four-way tie at the top of the C grade table with the Swans out on top thanks to a 34-27 win over the Tigers to make it three wins in a row. Meanwhile, the A reserve picked up their first win in a month with a narrow 36-35 upset win over the top of the table Tigers side which sees the Swans now sitting just a win outside the top five. Unfortunately the other sides they didn't have as much luck on court. The tough season for the under 17s continued as they fell to a 41-17 defeat which puts them three wins outside the top five heading into the second half of the season. The B grade side also had a tough day on court as they fell to a 46-40 loss which sees them drop out of the top five as they were leapfrogged by Leeton-Whitton. Finally, the A grade fell to their fourth straight defeat with a 47-41 to the Tigers, but the Swans are still sitting just outside of finals places.
