The Riverina Rhinos had a mixed weekend after travelling to Canberra to take on Brindabella Blues on Saturday afternoon.

The under 13s picked up a win which keeps them in the fight for a top two position. The Rhinos were able to make a quick start with Pearson Kasawaya finding the back of the net in the 10th minute before the Blues equalised three minutes later.
Bailey Morrissey and Blake Patten scored in the space of two minutes to see the Rhinos holding a 3-1 lead at the break.
Brindabella pulled one back with 10 minutes remaining, but the Rhinos put the game to bed with a goal to Jake Fattore in the 55th minute to take a 4-2 win.
It was a tight loss to for the under 14s which sees them fall 10 points behind the first placed Belconnen United.
A goal either side of halftime saw the Brindabella Blues take a 2-1 win with Christian Codemo finding the back of the net for the Rhinos.
A narrow victory in the under 16s sees the Riverina side stay two points behind Belconnen in the fight for second place.
The 1-0 victory over the Blues sees the Rhinos picked up their second win of the season and will be looking to continue that form this weekend.
It was a tough day out for the under 18s side who fell to a fourth defeat of the season after a 4-1 loss to the Blues.
A goal before halftime saw the Brindabella Blues hold a 1-0 lead at the break before scoring three goals in the early stages of the second half before Josh Keenan pulled one back for the Rhinos, but it wasn't enough.
The Rhinos will hit the road again this weekend as they take on Woden Valley on Saturday.
In the reverse fixture early in the season, the Rhinos enjoyed a strong weekend when the Woden side travelled to Griffith.
