Lina Soncin says the state of disability parking on Kooyoo Street makes accessing Service NSW a literal uphill battle.
The disabled parking outside Service NSW is on a slant, making hard for her and her elderly friends to enter and exit their cars.

She said the parking "doesn't tick the boxes" for her friends with bad knees, back, and hip ailments, nor those needing wheelchair access.
The disability parking across Kooyoo Street is on the other side of a humped road, making it difficult for elderly or wheelchair-bound people to cross.
The nearest alternative disability parking is further down the road, but Ms Soncin said it's a fair distance to travel for an elderly or disabled person.
"This is not acceptable - surely Griffith City Council could do better than that," Ms Soncin said.
"It's bordering on discrimination."
She said she'd be taking the fight to council until the disability parking on Kooyoo Street is fixed and Service NSW is accessible for her and her elderly friends.
"The first priority should be to our seniors and our frail," Mrs Soncin said.
"They haven't ticked the boxes for the elderly at all."
Griffith City Council's Director Sustainable Development Phil Harding said council were aware of the problems and were thinking of ways to fix them.
"Council resolved at the Meeting of 11 June 2019 to prepare a design during the 2019/2020 to address the accessibility (including the disabled parking) to the Service NSW building," he said.
A copy of the motion, as well as the 2019/2020 council budget, can be found on the Griffith City Council website.
