The under 13s took on the top of the table Panthers intending to close the gap, and when Pearson Kasawaya opened the scoring in the 22nd minute, the Rhinos would have been hopeful.
The Panthers equalised from the penalty spot just six minutes later to see the sides finish level on 1-1 and see the Rhinos fall to fourth and sitting 10 points behind the Panthers.
The Under 14s were able to keep pace with the top of the table after picking up a 6-2 win over Monaro. Christopher Zappala found the back of the net twice in the first half while Dean Armanini scored one to see the Rhinos leading 3-1 at the break.
Zappala finished his hat-trick in the second half while a double to Mohammad Fayazi secured the win which keeps the Rhinos seven points behind Belconnen United.
The under 16s side weren't quite as fortunate as they fell to a narrow 2-1 defeat at the hands of the Panthers.
The home side took an early lead before Mason Donadel equalised in the 23rd minute before Monaro closed the gap to the Rhinos to just two points with a goal in the 67th minute.
In the battle at the top of the table in the under 18s, it was the Rhinos who picked up the three points to close the gap to just one point. Josh Keenan scored in the 42nd minute with Monaro answering quickly to see the sides level at 1-1. Keenan scored a second 12 minutes into the second half to help the Rhinos take a 3-2 victory.
