A 10-goal haul to Jacob Conlan and a Jordan Iudica clinic proved the difference as Griffith continued their undefeated start to the season with a 21.9 (135) to 14.15 (99) victory at Ganmain Sportsground.
The Swans started strongly and opened up a 35-point lead by half-time.
GGGM closed within three goals during the third term but the Swans finished with a five-goal final term to run out comfortable winners.
Griffith coach Will Griggs said the performances of Iudica and the Conlan brothers were the highlight of the day.
"There were some individual efforts that were pretty outstanding," Griggs said.
"Jacob Conlan kicked 10.2 and just the space we were able to create inside 50 for him was really good. Jordan Iudica kicked five as well, as a midfielder, and would have had close to 40 touches. Lucas Conlan was very good as well."
It was Griffith's sixth consecutive win to start the year and Griggs is happy with how the Swans are situated.
"Today at some stages we were our own worst enemies. We made some silly mistakes, which cost us a couple of goals," he said.
"I think that the our best footy is still ahead of us, which is good, and we've still got some handy inclusions to come back into the side."
Griffith lost Theo Valeri to a yellow card early after some niggle.
Jacob Olsson was again GGGM's best player, while Daniel Foley kicked four goals in a strong display.
