The Year 11 student will dazzle audiences when she stars as the main protagonist Elle Woods, an American sorority sister with the habit of bursting into song and dance in public places.
Over the course of six months Bonnie has dived headfirst into the role of Elle Woods, so much so that she's started to adopt parts of her personality.
"Elle's got a very positive attitude which I've taken on a bit while playing the character," she said.
On stage she'll also be rocking Elle's pink outfit, her Valley Girl accent, and her shock of blond hair, which took about nine hours of intensive hair-dyeing to achieve.
For the last six months Bonnie's been rehearsing her heart out for the musical, but all that hard work will pay off when the curtains rise for the first show on June 5.
There will be ten performances in total, and her number one fan/mum Catherine Browne has bought tickets to see four of them.
"When I told mum I got the role we hugged and cried for, like, five minutes," Bonnie said.
This won't be Bonnie's first time on stage; she's performed all over Griffith in musicals, plays, and singing competitions.
Performing has been a passion of hers from a young age, and she hopes to take her talents with her to Broadway one of these days.
She plans to go to acting school after she graduates from Marian Catholic College, but until then she'll continuing honing her skills closer to home.
Much like the character Elle Woods herself, Bonnie will be working towards her dreams with determination and a positive attitude.
Her friends will be cheering her on every step of the way, and they've all bought tickets to see her final rendition of Legally Blonde on June 15.
Rehearsals are currently in the home stretch, but there are still some tickets available for purchase.
Tickets are available in person at the Griffith Regional Theatre building or online at the theatre's website.
