The Panthers will be heading into the clash with a bit of form behind them having bounced back from a loss to Yanco-Wamoon with a 44-28 win over Tullibigeal Lake Cargelligo last weekend to end a run of three straight defeats.
Hay was able to pick up their first win of the season against the Sharks two weeks ago in a nail-biting finish which saw the scoring end at 30-28 before having the bye last weekend.
There will be plenty of action at Solar Mad Stadium with junior games kicking off at 9.30am before League Tag starts the action between the senior clubs at 12.40pm.
Reserve grade will kick off at 1.30pm before the first graders take the field at around 3pm on Sunday.
