Weekend nightlife
Escape the winter chill with a night out taking in local artists. The Coro Club's Friday night entertainment is Kate's Daughter, starting at 7.30pm, while Finding Georgia will be the highlight at the Southside Sports Bar from 8.30pm on Saturday. The Country Music Muster at the Coro Club runs from 1pm to 5pm at the Coro Club on Sunday and features guest artist Allan Webster, with walk-ups welcome. Tickets $15 at the door.

Fresh and local
Get your hands on MIA-grown produce and more at two markets over the weekend. The local produce market runs outside the CWA rooms on Banna Avenue every Friday from 8am until 2pm. There'll be even more on offer at the Sunday Rotary Markets, which opens at 7am at the showgrounds. Call 0467 653 502 to book a stall.
GRIFFITH BRIDAL FAIR
Calling all brides and grooms
The best local wedding supplies will be on show at the Griffith Bridal Fair at the Exies Club from 10am Sunday morning. Local suppliers will be displaying their products and services to happy couples, and special offers, and prizes await patrons. CHARITY GOLF DAY
Hit the course for a cause
Book yourself into the eighth annual cystic fibrosis charity golf day at Griffith Golf Club on Sunday. Prizes are on offer for longest drive, nearest to pin and the raffles. Shotgun start at 10am.
