Last year's final was won by Waratahs and they've continued their good form so far this season with four wins.
The Blueheelers meanwhile beat Leeton last weekend for their first win of the season.
"It's going to be huge," Yenda coach Willie Lolohea said.
"Especially coming up from last year's final, where we as a team didn't play to our potential.
"This is our chance at redemption and to prove that we deserved our space in the grand final."
It will also be a chance for Yenda to build some momentum for the rest of the season.
Lolohea wasn't under any illusion however that Saturday's game was going to be easy.
"We're coming off a win against Leeton but the Waratahs are a different class," he said.
"They've got quality players all over the park and they've got one of our old players, Tom Sellars.
"But our team's pretty keen for the challenge and we'll definitely give it our best shot."
Sellars fits into the Waratahs' second-row and said it would be a little 'daunting' lining up against his friends in Yenda.
"It will be a little different, I've still got lots of mates out there, it will be interesting to see how it all turns out," Sellars said.
Sellars said he'd be welcomed at Waratahs and had been enjoying his footy so far this season.

"It's a refreshing change and it's really bringing the best out in me."
It isn't just about a grand final re-match however.
Waratahs president Ken Wells said the Graham Moon Memorial Cup and the Len Bertoldo Best and Fairest would be decided during the game. The two trophies are steeped in history for the Waratahs.
Graham Moon was a Waratahs life member and was a fixture around the club for many years.
Bertoldo played for NSW and NSW Country in the 1970s, but had plenty of wins with both the Waratahs and was premiership player for Yenda.
Wells said the Waratahs Old Boys would choose the winner of the Best and Fairest trophy following the match.
There will be live entertainment at the Exies on Saturday following the end of the first grade match.
Under 16s kick off first at 2pm, with three more games to follow, the first grade match starts at 5pm at Exies Oval.
