To further aggravate matters, 34-year-old Danielle Alchin drove off waving at police as they were still investigating.
Alchin's case was heard in Griffith Local Court on Wednesday, and she was sentenced by Magistrate Joy Boulos in her absence.
Facts tendered to the court said Alchin was pulled over by police for a random breath check in Yenda on March 5.
While testing negative to alcohol, when asked for her licence she told police she had never had one.
Police then conducted checks on the vehicle. They discovered the registration on the Victorian-plated car had expired in 2018.
As police were conducting these checks, Alchin told police she was going to drive off and go home, and they told her to remain while they finished their checks.
When they returned to their car, she waved to them out of her window and proceeded to drive off.
Police pursued Alchin and followed her to her residence.
They seized the number plates and said she would receive paperwork for the traffic offences and for failing to comply with police direction.

Magistrate Boulos, when sentencing, said that it was clear Alchin showed "absolute defiance and disregard" for the rules.
She said Alchin's "continuous re-offending" contributed to a lengthy history comprising of both traffic offences as well as violence offences, added to the fact she had her two children in the car.
Alchin was fined $1000 in 2017 for driving without a licence.
She was convicted of five charges including driving a car while not licensed, using an unregistered car, using an uninsured car, not complying with police direction, and a prior offence of driving without a licence.
Alchin was given a fine of $1000 for driving without a licence, with the other charges getting a $500 fine each.
