Women's division has welcomed in a sixth team for the first time since the relocation to Westend oval.
LiveFit took their first win as a team against Easts as Sharon Croce contributed three goals to the benchmark sealed with another entry from Melinda McCrohen despite the defensive efforts from Easts Lisa Peterson.
Over in Men's the Galahs men were in full swing against an undermanned Bulldogs taking out an 8-0 victory with Nathan Beer, Jamie Piva and Andrew Cremasco, contributing one each to the scoreboard whilst Andrew Sinclair forwarding two and Daniel Morris giving three goals to the result as against the works on the forward line from James Killen and James Brown from Bulldogs.
As women's continued on The Victoria Hotel took on Griffith Retirement Estate as both teams were armed and ready to roll for this season it was Tahlia Rekunow who lead Victoria to their first win of the year despite the efforts from Retirements Estate's Ellie Quinn.
And making the third women's game for the day Galahs and Bulldogs went head to head in a close battle which resulted in Galahs Zara Heiland flicking a goal for their first victory of the season in spite of efforts from Bulldogs Rachel Baird in centre field.
Men's Leeton Devils and Easts Men's finished the day on a nil all draw as the battle between the Easts midfield Trevor Cowie and Christ Wilson fed the ball couldn't break through the defensive line from Leeton's Jason Wade.
