Hampers of Hope is their food rescue program that has recently taken off in a big way with the help of local farmers and grocery shops.
A team of volunteers collects food from Aldi, both Woolworths, Rossies, and local farmers, puts them into hampers, bundles them in a van, and distributes them to those who need it.
It's all perfectly fresh; much of it is food that has passed a shop's "display date" but is still well within the use-by date.

They hand out food to people from women's refuges, St Vincent de Paul, and Linking Communities, and they also leave some aside for Murrumbidgee Regional High's healthy breakfast program.
They've got a lot on their plate, and now the only thing they need is more hands on deck to help redistribute all the food.
Griffith Meals on Wheels coordinator Tennille Valensisi said the demand and supply was there - she needed some help getting the food to where it's needed the most.
"We have a very small roster of volunteers, so we're always looking for volunteers," Ms Valensisi said.
"We've also got a position available for a project coordinator to look after and expand the program."
