It must do the trick because she's been showered with awards and accolades, with the most recent one being the Grass Roots competition where she won Best Original Song.
Her song Gold is about female empowerment, which is a cause she has always been deeply passionate about.
"I like to write about female empowerment because it's something people can relate to," Jorja said.
Her song blew away the judges and won her a spot at A Day in the Orchard music festival, where she will perform some of her original hits.
She's hoping this will be the next springboard on her journey to becoming a professional performer after she graduates high school.
In the meantime she will continue singing, dancing, and song-writing to hone the skills that could one day make her famous.
It will be hard work, but she's been spurred on by the success she's had in previous competitions.
One of her proudest achievements was winning Junior Performer of the Year award at the Country Music Association of Australia's national championships.

She's currently in rehearsal mode for the Griffith Regional Theatre's musical Legally Blonde, where she will be singing and dancing with the ensemble.
She's got a lot more performances ahead of her; she'll be performing at Live on the Lachlan in Hillston on April 13, Sarah & I Styling at the Hillston Ex-servicemen's Club on March 30, and the Hillston Showground car rally over the easter weekend - just to name a few.
Her calendar is regularly packed with performances all over town, and she's built up quite the reputation.
She's got a lot on her plate, but she still takes the time off to do freestyle dancing in the living room as she's always done.
It's all a part of her plan to becoming a famous performer one day.
"It's something I would like to work towards, because it is something that I love," Jorja said.
