The finals series has arrived for the first-grade season which means the format moves to the two-day format to be played over Saturday and Sunday.
Coro captain Rob Rand is pleased with where his side finds itself heading into the do-or-die matchup with Panthers saying his side has found form at the right time of the season.
"Things have been going well for us in the last few weeks," he said.
"Everyone has been training hard, and I think we are playing a better style of cricket."
Rand admitted the Matheson boys, Reece and Logan, would be on their radar after both found form in Leagues last match against Hanwood.
The Cougars will be heading into the game with a mostly unchanged line-up with the exception of one of their in-form bowlers.
"Lucas Conlan is out this weekend which will be a bit of a loss," he said.
"He performed well in the field as well as with the ball last weekend."
Coro will head into the clash with confidence knowing that not only do they have form heading into the game they also hold a three wins to one advantage of Leagues in their meeting this season.
In the qualifying final, Diggers and Exies will face off for the second time in the space of the week to see who will advance straight into the grand final in two weeks time.
Diggers will be looking to replicate their batting performance from the one-day final against Exies which saw them pick up the title.
