After a false start for an earlier scheduled date in February which was gloriously washed-out, the weather behaved very well for entrants to compete for a place on the winner boards displayed in the club house.

After such a hot December last year, the 2018 Championships had to be postponed chasing more amicable temperatures.

Our talented winners from last week's event will appear on the winner boards for 2018. Which means more Club Championships yet to come for 2019!

Massive thanks to all committee, volunteers and players who contributed to make the evening such a social and hitch-free success, your smiles and hard work are always appreciated.

We hope the spectators enjoyed some great tennis, the players definitely did!
