After Hanwood won the toss and elected to bat it was Exies who were able to make the early impact with Jacob Testoni (1/16) picking up the wicket of Jordan Whitworth (1).
Tom Bartter (47) was the one consistent in the Hanwood top order as Angus Bartter (2), Oliver Bartter (6), Ben Rowston (5) and Liam Gilbert (1) falling without troubling the scoring as Mason Ashcroft (2/20) and Jaylan Gatto (2/13) did the damage.
Sam Robinson (18) was the only other Hanwood batsmen to break double digits as James Roche (2/5) took the final wickets to see Hanwood bowled out for 101.
Exies were able to get off to the start they needed as Roche, and Hayden Forner was able to put on 80 for the first wicket before Forner (52) and Nate McGregor (6) were dismissed in quick succession by Inham Ullah (2/18).
Roche (31*) and Aditha Jayasuriya (6*) were able to guide their side into the grand final with an eight-wicket win with seven overs remaining.
Hanwood will now take on Coro who kept their season alive with a narrow win over Leagues in the elimination final.
Leagues won the toss and elected to bat, and while they lost Joel Harris (2) to the bowling of Josh Smith (1/9) early on, Oscar Nolan (14), Sam Payne (20) and Michael Cudmore were able to get their side on track.
The bowling of Joseph Bellicanta (4/16) helped to slow the scoring from the Panthers before Cudmore (22*) and Fergus Shelton (10*) added late runs to see Leagues finish on 6/100 after 35 overs.
Coro lost the wickets of Jack Rand (2) and Kyle Bennett (0) to the bowling of Leo Forner, but Jack Hutchinson (20) and Ben Signor (33) were able to get their side back on track.
Cudmore (4/18) and Forner (4/21) put the pressure back on the Cougars to see them fall to 10/79, but with both teams playing with 12 players the final wicket partnership proved match-defining as Bellicanta (23*) helped to guide his side to the victory.
