The draw went favourably for the Rhinos who will have a home game against National Premier League 2 side Australian National University FC at a date which is yet to be confirmed.
The Riverina side will be looking to go at least one better than their 2018 experience in the knockout competition when they lost 1-0 at home to Monaro Panthers.
ANU FC made it through to the fourth round of last year's competition after defeating Canberra White Eagles 3-1 before they were beaten 4-2 by eventual champions Canberra FC.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the region, the Wagga City Wanderers will enter the competition in the third round where they will face fellow NPL2 side Canberra White Eagles at home in early March.
If the Wanderers win their third-round encounter, they will face off with NPL side Woden Weston in Canberra.
