With four rounds remaining in the regular season, the Cougars are sitting 20 points behind second-placed Exies they will need to win their remaining games with 36 points still on offer.
Coro will be heading into the game off the back of a six-wicket win over Hanwood.
Their young bowling attack led the way with Fergus Cattanach (3/27), Lucas Conlan (3/18) and Ben Signor (3/23) doing the damage with the ball for the Cougars to restrict Hanwood to 118.
In reply, Tim Rand (43*) led the way to pick up the win with plenty of time to spare.
Leagues, on the other hand, will be looking to secure the win a make their place in the top four more secure as they are only in front of fifth-placed Hanwood by five points.
The key for the Panthers will be finding some strength in the middle order. They were unable to capitalise on the strong start against Exies last weekend as they lost their final eight wickets for 25 runs after finding themselves at 3/119.
In the three previous meetings between the two side, the Panthers took the round two clash before Coro took convincing wins in the round seven and 12 meetings.
