The agency is a part of the Ruralco group and was recognised at two separate awards events hosted by the agribusiness.
The first awards night recognised success in Ruralco’s real estate division. Held in Hobart, it attracted the top achievers from the Ruralco real estate offices, with about 30 out of 500 salespeople qualifying to attend.
Members of the Rawlinson & Brown team were the deserving winners of several awards:
- Alister Watt: Commendation award for 44 years of service to real estate
- Robert Cavallaro: Diamond award for achieving number three for the group
- Angelo Cirillo: Gold sales award for 2018
- Property management: Property management team of the year 2018
An awards night acknowledging the Ruralco business units was held in the Barossa Valley, with Rawlinson & Brown securing another two awards.

The real estate team claimed the Ruralco Business of the Year (Real Estate) title and Rawlinson & Brown’s Troy Millard claimed the general manager award.
Ruralco is a leading Australian agribusiness with over 50 specialist business units operating across a national network and employing about 2000 people.
It has four operating divisions: Water services, live export, financial services and rural services, which consists of rural supplies, wool agency, livestock agency and real estate (specialising in marketing and selling rural, rural lifestyle, commercial and residential properties).

Rawlinson & Brown real estate sales manager Robert Cavallaro said the agency had been lucky enough to feature at Ruralco’s awards in the past and was pleased to see the “tradition” continue in 2018.
He described Ruralco as having “national strength with local connections”.

“They focus in on the local people, employing locals to focus on local market needs.”
