As large parts of Griffith prepare for disconnection of the copper network, and some areas have only just been switched on, many residents are still yet to migrate to the new network.
Some people may find it confusing or perhaps don't understand what it means for them at home or work.
With the van set to visit Griffith next week, local residents will be able to tour the Telstra nbn Experience Van and ask questions.
Telstra teams will be on hand at the van to offer advice on how customers can get the most out of their new nbn connection.

As well as information, nbn-ready devices, such as Telstra TV and gaming consoles, will also be available for people to trial.
Acting Telstra regional general manager for ACT and Southern NSW Ann Jakle said the nbn Experience Van would provide the community with a great opportunity to connect with the technology first-hand, ask questions and understand how they can use the new network to change the way they operate at home and at work.
“We know many of our customers in Griffith and the surrounding areas are keen to understand more about how to make the transition to the nbn network," Ms Jakle said.
"The Experience Van is designed to ensure locals have access to all of the information they need to start taking advantage of the benefits as soon as possible.
“Our team will also be able to advise customers on the plans and bundles best suited to support their individual needs as well as providing advice on the latest mobile devices and plans.”
If you miss the van while it's in town and would like to find out how to switch to the nbn network – or anything else - feel free to drop into your local Telstra store and speak to one of the technology specialists.
The Griffith store is located in Griffin Plaza.
