The Leeton entry was the only division one winning entry across Australia in Monday and Wednesday Lotto draw 3816 on November 12.
The winner takes home the guaranteed division one prize of $1 million.
NSW Lotteries officials have been trying to contact the winner since the draw, but to no avail, despite them being registered to a Players Club card.
On Wednesday afternoon, NSW Lotteries spokesman Matt Hart was hopeful the person would soon be reached.
“The good news is division one winners in NSW have up to six years to claim their prizes from NSW Lotteries,” he said.
“So while the clock is ticking, there’s still plenty of time.

“We usually find division one winners usually collect their prize within a week or two or the draw.
“Many people buy their lottery tickets as part of their routine – when they pop to the shops etc – and so will check their ticket when they buy their next one.
“However, as we’re in the business of paying prizes, we’d love to unite this prize with our Leeton winner sooner rather than later, which is why we’re encouraging everyone to check their tickets.”
NSW Lotteries will continue to try to contact the winner.

The winning entry was purchased at Leeton Newsagency, 78 Pine Avenue, Leeton.
