After deciding to bat first, Hanwood lost Jordan Whitworth (3) with the score on 13, however, Tom, and Oliver Bartter went about building their side's innings.
The brothers put on 65 runs for the second wicket before Tom Bartter (26) fell to the bowling of James Roche (1/21), and Ben Rowston (4) followed soon after when he was run out just short of his ground.
Harry Rowston joined Oliver Bartter in the middle and were able to push their side towards a competitive total with a 45-run partnership.
Hanwood lost three quick wickets as Bartter (68), Zac Demamiel (0) and Angus Brown (0) to see them sitting on 6/131. Rowston (49) and Gulfam Ahmad (17) helped to get their side to a competitive total of 187 off their 35 overs.

In the Saturday afternoon game out at Coleambally, the Nomads were able to pick up their first win of the season after defeating Leagues Club.

The pair were able to put on 41 runs before Hamish Gunn (2/25) picked up the pair in quick succession to have the Nomads on the back foot once again.
Ben Fattore (13) and Jack Clarke (48) were the only other batsman to get a start for the Nomads as Leagues’ Fergus Shelton (3/14) and Harshbir Singh (2/18) helped to restrict Coleambally to 131 off their 35 overs.
Cudmore (13) and Nobeljit Kalsi (30) were the only Leagues batsmen to post double digits as Buchanan (3/0), and Fattore (2/4) bowled well to restrict the Panthers to 93.
