Another bumper program has been compiled by the organising committee for people of all ages to enjoy.
Festival of Gardens chairman councillor Rina Mercuri said Griffith Spring Fest is jam-packed with a variety of wonderful events.
“This really is the best time of the year in Griffith and it helps showcase our beautiful city and the warmth of the wonderful people who live here,” Cr Mercuri said.
“Construction of our Real Juice Citrus Sculptures marks the start of a truly joyful and vibrant time of the year in Griffith and I urge everyone to get out and enjoy everything we’ve got planned.”
Make sure you head down to the Griffith Visitor Information Centre carpark on Friday, October 12 from 5.30pm for the LINX Launch Party to bring the last weekend of the school holidays to a close in a fun, family setting.

Be blown away with live music by talented singing powerhouse Sarah Bishop, indulge in some street food or a delicious bowl of paella, sip on a glass of local wine or cocktail, enjoy a beer or cider with your mates. Garden Festival ambassador Jason Hodges will also be there.
Six amazing gardens will be on show across the weekend and can be visited in relaxed style on board one of the guided bus tours.
And don’t forget to experience all of Griffith’s rich cultural diversity in one place at the multicultural festival in Memorial Park on Saturday, October 13 from 10.30am.
Sample fine wine and delicious food at the La Tavola Lunga at De Bortoli on Saturday, have a champagne breakfast at Griffith Exies Club on Sunday, or unwind at the Long Lunch at Piccolo Family Farm on Sunday, October 21.
