The 2018 Terra Ag Griffith Cup was run by the Griffith Jockey Club and won by Danetrille, trained by Gary Colvin.

Colvin’s entry beat fellow Riverina horse trainer Trevor Sutherland’s Hangin’ With Willy by a length.

While the horses were only on track for one minute and 21 seconds, there was plenty of attention for race-day fashions.

The Cutting Edge Lady of the Day was won by Emma Wells, who traveled for two hours from Young to enter the fashions race.
