In the early hours this morning, a man smashed one of the glass doors and gained entry to the North Griffith Woolworths.
Upon gaining entry to the building, the man stole an unknown amount of cigarettes, then left the area.
Police were unable to locate the offender, and are currently asking the public for assistance in the matter.
Police are urging the public to come forward with any information concerning the buying and selling of cigarettes.
Suspended licence
A woman was found driving with a suspended licence.
At 9pm on Sunday, a 27-year-old woman was stopped on Doolan Crescent for a random breath test.
Upon reviewing her licence, police found it to be suspended.
The offender was issued a ticket.
Trailer stolen, found
A trailer was stolen from Remembrance Drive on Saturday night.
It is described as a white box trailer, with an orange ATV inside.
The trailer was located on Sunday morning on Murray Road, Hanwood.
It was seen attached to a silver Holden Commodore.
Police are currently looking for the driver of the vehicle.
Counterfeit bills investigation continues
Police are currently conducting further investigation into the exchange of counterfeit bills that occurred at a supermarket on Banna Avenue.
The counterfeit bills are currently undergoing examination for fingerprints.
There was no CCTV footage of the incident.
