Frost control fans
Council will discuss the proposed erection of eleven frost control fans which will alleviate stress for almond orchard growers who are currently battling frost from reaching their crops.
Council Regional Capacity Building (CRCB) Program
There will be a review of the Council Regional Capacity Building (CRCB) Program and its project objectives concerning contaminated land in Griffith.
The CRCB Program offers grant funding of up to $140k per year for three years to local councils.
Delivery Program Progress Report (DPPR)
The Delivery Program Progress Report (DPPR) will name the Delivery Program achievements between the period of July 2017 to June 2018, which include:
The Griffith Southern Industrial Link Strategy; Griffith CBD Upgrade Program; Relocate and redevelop Griffith Skate Park.
Council Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month in the Council Chambers at 1 Benerembah Street Griffith, and commence at 7pm.
Members of the public are welcome to attend meetings, but are advised to contact Council with adequate notice should they wish to address agenda items.
