EVERY year NSW public schools take a week to acknowledge the achievements of their staff and students, as well as the schools themselves. This year Education Week runs from Monday, August 6 to Friday, August 10. The theme for 2018 Education Week is “Today's schools – creating tomorrow's world” and celebrates how NSW public schools are equipping young people with the skills and capabilities they need to thrive in a rapidly changing, globalised world. The Leeton Community of Public Schools member schools will be acknowledging Education Week with their own events, including open classrooms, lunches, assemblies and special performances.
