Yoogali SC is runaway leaders at the top of the table and continued their undefeated season with an 8-1 win over Hanwood FC Two.
After leading 5-0 at the break, the Yoogali side scored another three while Elizabeth Romeo scored a consolation goal for the Hanwood side.
The battle for second between Yoogali FC and Hanwood FC One has become a closer battle after the YFC ladies were able to take a 3-0 win in a shortened game.
A double to Lauren Zalunardo saw the Yoogali side hold a 2-0 lead at the break before Nicole Fabris struck early in the second half before the game was called off due to an injury.
The result means that with three rounds to go there are only three points separating second and third. HFC One will look to bounce back when they take on HFC Two while Yoogali SC takes on Yoogali FC.
