The Blacks will have to win their remaining games which will be a hard task given they take on Tumut this weekend and then the minor premiers in Wagga Waratahs.
Even if they were to win both of those games, they would need Albury to drop points as they are currently sitting nine points behind the Steamers.
The Steamers run in is a lot easier compared to the Blacks as they take on the bottom two clubs in Wagga City and CSU.
The Blacks should have decent representation in the finals series with the second grade looking to have secured their place in the finals while the women’s side has carried the flag for the club, sitting pretty on top one points ahead of Wagga Waratahs.
The action at Exies will get underway with the third graders at 12pm with the first graders wrapping the day up at around 3.15pm.
