The agreement will take place on June 1 and run for five years, with the option to extend.
The new partnership with MIA-based businesses Solar Mad will see the ground renamed to Solar Mad stadium.
Additionally the club say the agreement may help fund several big improvements around the ground.
Among the opportunities for upgrades is a submission to the state government to co-fund a building on the northern side of the ground to house new change rooms and hospitality facilities.
Both parties are very excited to be working together for the new five years to better improve the facilities and bring bigger and better events.

The company is the first-ever business to sponsor the ground, and a new sign on Jondaryan Avenue, as well as signage on the grandstand will signify the new deal.
Club Director Tony Catanzariti said he was looking forward to the new partnership.
“Both parties are very excited to be working together for the new five years to better improve the facilities and bring bigger and better events to the newly-named stadium,” he said.

The club confirmed it consulted with the family of EW Moore about the sponsorship, and say his son is comfortable with the new arrangement. Existing signs acknowledging Mr Moore are set to remain.
The Griffith Leagues Club purchased EW Moore from the NSW Government in the 1990s. It currently hosts a raft of soccer and rugby league matches, as well as special events.
The site also hosted Greyhound racing for over 30 years until the mid-1990s.
President Graeme Trivett said the agreement had been in the works for around a year.
