After having the bye in the first round, the Sharks kicked off their season with a commanding win over the Magpies in Hay last weekend.
Sharks coach Jaden Kelly was pleased with the way his side started the season.
“I thought we did pretty well for our first game,” he said.
“We completed our sets pretty well in the first 60 minutes, and it gave us something to build on.”
Yenda, on the other hand, has shown their ability to fight back late in games with two come-from-behind wins over Leeton and Yanco-Wamoon to start the season.
Kelly knows his side will need to ensure they play the full 80 minutes this week if they are to make the trip back with the two points.
“As you saw last weekend Yenda were able to come back from a pretty big deficit last weekend,” he said.
“We won’t be able to fall away in the last 20 minutes like we did last weekend.
“Our defence lapsed, and if we do that again, it will cost us.”
TLU will still be without the service of Nathan Morris who hurt himself before the start of the season, but he should be right for their clash with Black and Whites next week.
The game will get underway at Wade Park at 3pm.
