Emergency services were called to the Intersection of Irrigation Way and Darlington Point after reports a prime mover had rolled.
A 63-year-old female passenger was taken to Griffith Base Hospital with head injuries.
A family member she was flown to Canberra Hospital on Tuesday night and is in an induced coma.
The male driver, aged 53, was taken to hospital for testing.
Officers from Murrumbidgee Police District are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A truck rollover on Irrigation Way spilled a load of oranges and taken out a tree on Tuesday afternoon in what police are describing as a single-vehicle accident.
Police, ambulance and VRA workers are on the scene at the corner of Irrigation Way and Whitton-Darlington Point Road.
Police at the scene said the driver is uninjured but the passenger has been taken to Griffith Base Hospital as a precaution.
While the road remains open to traffic, police ask residents to avoid the area where possible.
