A man has suffered a serious head injury after being escorted out of Goolgowi Hotel on Saturday.

Between midnight on Saturday and 1.20am Sunday morning, a 42-year-old male from Victoria was drinking at the Hotel.
At about 11.30pm he was refused service because he had become quite intoxicated, and was escorted from the premises.
He was found lying on the pavement outside the Hotel at around 1.20am with a significant head injury.
He was airlifted to St George Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
It is unknown how he came to receive the injury, and police are calling on any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
