Griffith City Council has put an open invitation out to all interested resident and community meeting at the Yenda Diggers Club on Wednesday march 14, starting at 7.00pm.
It comes after Griffith City Councillor Paul Snaidero proposed the workshop, in the hope of seeing both short-term and long-term plans put in place to help put some ‘shine’ back into the village.
Secretary of the Yenda Progress Association (YPA) Paul Rossetto welcomed the possibility of a workshop.
General Manager Brett Stonestreet said the purpose of the meeting will be to provide an update on completed and upcoming projects around the Yenda township.
Council will also be receiving comments and questions from the Yenda community.
If anyone has any questions to put to Council, they are requested to submit their question in writing to laura.vitucci@griffith.nsw.gov.au or contact the Yenda progress Association on (02) 6968 1308.
