A man reported missing from the Narrandera area yesterday has been found safe and well.
A 43-year-old man was last seen at a camping area in Narrandera about 2.30pm yesterday, Thursday October 26.
About 9am this morning (Friday), the man was located in Narrandera safe and well.
Police wish to thank the public and the media for its assistance.
EARLIER
Police from Griffith Local Area Command are appealing for assistance from the public to locate a man missing from the Narrandera area yesterday.
Andrew Gordon, aged 43, was last seen in his vehicle, a Suzuki Baleno with NSW registration YAE- 209, at the 5 Mile camping area in Narrandera on the river about 2.30pm.
Police hold grave concerns for his welfare and would like anyone who may have seen Mr Gordon, or his vehicle, to contact them immediately.
He is described as being 150 to 170cm tall with a medium build and an olive complexion. He has blonde hair and brown eyes.
He has a number of tattoos on his arms and legs.
