The festival kicked off on Sunday, with dozens of local businesses and organisations setting up their sculptures in Banna Ave.
Chair of the Tourism Management Committee and Griffith City Councillor Christine Stead gave full credit to the volunteers.
“On Sunday more than 700 volunteers came out in droves to erect the 70 Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures, and they look incredible lining our main street,” she said.
“To really enjoy the sculptures you need to have a walk around – it’s only then that you appreciate the scale and size of these creations and the talent in our wonderful community.”
Every year the festival attracts thousands of visitors.
