The Waratah Tigers wrapped up a successful Group 20 season after holding their season-ending awards night recently.
After finishing the season with a grand final appearance for the third time in four years but were unable to get over the line as the Black and Whites came away with a 28-10 win.
The side made a charge in the second half of the season which saw them go undefeated in the five rounds leading into the finals and won six of 10 games after the general bye.
It was strong performances from Kose Lelei in the final stages of the season which help them make their charge into finals.
His form saw him rewarded with the player of the year at both club and competition level at the Group 20 presentation night.
