GRIFFITH assistant coach Will Griggs will front the AFL Riverina independent tribunal at Ganmain on Wednesday night.
Griggs was reported for bumping or making forceful front on contact when a player has their head down over the ball against Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong’s Lachlan Steward in the Swans’ win at Exies Oval on Sunday.
Griggs could have accepted a two-game suspension with an early guilty plea but will contest the charge.
Meantime, GGGM’s Hamish Jannings will miss Saturday’s clash against Leeton-Whitton.
Jannings accepted a one-game suspension with an early guilty plea for striking Griffith’s Ben King at Exies Oval on Sunday.
