Late night shenanigans have kept local police busy with a number of guns stolen and a woman arrested for assaulting police at the weekend.

Thieves stole a number of firearms from a home in Arthur Street Narranderra sometime between 10 pm on Thursday and 5 am Friday.
Police from the Griffith Local Area Command are urging anyone who may have information about the theft to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
Meanwhile a 25-year-old woman was arrested by police in the early hours of Sunday morning after an incident on Kooyoo Street.
The woman was allegedly arguing with others at 2.45 am when police intervened and asked her to leave. She then became belligerent and pushed and kicked at police on the scene.
The woman was arrested and taken to Griffith Police Station to be charged with assaulting police and resisting arrest.
She will appear in Griffith Local Court on June 26.
