TWO-time Jim Quinn Medallist Guy Orton will take his place in Griffith’s team to play Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes on Saturday.
Orton was due to front the AFL Riverina independent tribunal on Thursday night after being cited by Wagga Tigers for allegedly headbutting Nick Ryan in a heated round six clash at Exies Oval last Saturday week.
Orton’s hearing was postponed due to personal reasons and the case will be heard next week.
It means Orton will take his place in the Swans’ team for the crunch game against the Goannas at Exies Oval.
Meantime, Leeton-Whitton key forward Daniel Muir was cleared at the AFL Riverina tribunal in Ganmain on Thursday night.
Muir was found not guilty of rough conduct on Narrandera’s Michael Foster in the Crows’ big win over the Eagles last Saturday.
Muir is free to line up for the Crows against Coolamon at Leeton Showground on Saturday.
