Natalie Salvestrin made her heartfelt plea after she read about Mrs Catanzariti’s securing a major union to supply her with a legal team for a reopening of the inquest into her son’s death
She said she couldn’t believe Mrs Catanzariti was still fighting for justice four years since her son, Ben, was killed on a Canberra construction site.
“This could have happened to any of the mothers in Griffith,” she said. “Here is a mother with a hole in her heart bigger than the moon and she gets up every morning and fights for other peoples sons. If Kay can do that with all of the pain she is going through, then we all owe her a debt.”
Ms Salvestrin said with everyone on their phones so often, Griffith should make this weekend the one to take the poll below and show their support.
