“This year is the 400th anniversary of William Shakespeare's death and GRAPA is undertaking one of his most delightful comedies Much Ado About Nothing to honour one of the world’s greatest playwrights,” GRAPA’s Stella Dougherty said.
“GRAPA is holding auditions this weekend at Griffith High School on Saturday, July 24 from 1pm until 4pm if anyone would like to try their hand at some of the best plays ever written.
“This fabulously witty play has all the hallmarks of Shakespeare’s clever plots,” Ms Dougherty said.
“Adapted especially for GRAPA by John Bolger, who also holds workshops for the cast during the production, the actors are looking forward to rehearsals and also welcoming new members.
“GRAPA welcomes anyone who is interested in the performing arts in any area, whether it is backstage, costumes, choreography as well as performance.”
