The local agents won the sales productivity (small) award and property management productivity (medium).
The awards ceremony, attended by more than 70 real estate industry leaders, marked the start of the Network's annual leadership event Principal Advance.
The ceremony took place aboard The Star of Honolulu, just off the beachfront of Waikiki.
Real Estate Results Network is the largest independent network of real estate agencies in Australia, offering independent real estate professionals access to business learning and development systems, as well as offering unmatched networking opportunities within the industry.
Griffith Real Estate director Brian Bertolin said they were proud to bring home the awards.
"We are pretty stoked with the result. There was only one other office who won two awards on the night," he said.
"It was a three-day conference and these were the network awards."
Mr Bertolin said said the awards were a shock.
"Tony (Santolin) and I were both shocked to receive the two awards," he said.
"Whilst we both knew we had an exceptional year through both departments, you never quite expect to win awards, particularly when you are up against agents from all over Australia who are operating in the major markets.
"This just goes to prove that the smaller boutique agencies can compete with the larger city firms and that our standards are just as good, if not better."
The excellence awards highlight the very best performers within the network and industry, and showcase the results the network's systems are achieving.
Real Estate Results Network CEO Michael Sheargold said the achievements the excellence awards represent are a testament to not just the network's value, but to the individuals who are implementing the systems and strategies.
"My congratulations goes out to all the deserving winners," Mr Sheargold said.
"The standard of results we have seen at this year's awards is nothing short of extraordinary.
"The real estate industry is undergoing a period of change, and these agents are proving that they are ahead of the game. Whether in property management or sales, these agents represent the best of the best.
"The Excellence Awards represent real, tangible achievement and I am really impressed with the high level of innovation and hard work that has been shown by all members."
