As The Mitolo Group expands its Hillston factory they're looking to fill in a number of positions at all levels of the business.
There are vacancies for labourers, graders, forklift drivers, team leaders, a production manager, quality coordinator, logistics manager, and a production cleaner.
Managing director Frank Mitolo said Hillston was well-placed to become a potato supplying hub well into the future.
"We're investing in our Hillston facility because it provides the perfect location to supply the major supermarkets with our premium quality brushed potatoes," Mr Mitolo said.
"We're excited about what the expansion of our Hillston facility means for the region and we're looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our team."
Packing takes place 12 months of the year, meaning most of the jobs will be permanent all-season jobs alongside some casual positions.
The new team members will receive different training, depending on the role they work.
The new and expanded Hillston factory will supply potatoes, most of which are grown locally, to supermarkets and produce markets across Australia.
Mr Mitolo said the factory's expansion was thanks, in part, to the support of Carrathool Shire Council.
"We've had great support from Carrathool Shire as part of our efforts to expand our operations here," Mr Mitolo said.
"We're looking forward to growing our local Hillston team and hopefully bringing new production skills into the area," Mr Mitolo said.
Carrathool Shire Council mayor Peter Laird said he was delighted to see an influx of jobs to Hillston.
"It's wonderful for our area," Councillor Laird said.
"Anything that brings new jobs is a big plus for the region."
Jobseekers can find more information about the different job openings on offer at The Mitolo Group website.
